Your label is printed; the package hasn't been scanned by the carrier yet. Allow 1–3 processing days.

Moving between facilities. Scans can be days apart on long international routes — this is normal.
Customs Cleared
International orders have cleared import — almost there. Duties, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
Out for Delivery / Delivered
On the final leg or dropped at your address. Check around your door, mailbox, or with neighbors.

Common Tracking Questions
- "No information available" right after shipping? The first scan can take 24–72 hours to appear. Check back shortly.
- Status hasn't changed in days? Long-haul and customs legs can go quiet. Wait until day 7, then reach out.
- Wrong or old tracking number? Make sure you're using the number from your shipping confirmation email, not the order number.
- Delivered but not here? Carriers sometimes mark "delivered" early. Wait 24 hours, then check with neighbors and your carrier.
