1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from gridironkit.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or show fraudulent activity.
4. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order is placed, for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
- Shipping is $4.99 for a single item; orders of 2 or more items ship free.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot generally be combined unless stated otherwise.
- Custom name/number jerseys are made to order and are final sale unless defective.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. If a payment fails, we may cancel the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or your specified address per the selected shipping method.
- Import duties and taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items and a 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, designs, and product names — is owned by Gridiron Kit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission. Team names and marks shown on fan apparel are used for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.
9. User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Gridiron Kit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Site and marketing. You represent that your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's security or functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
- Resell products without authorization.
11. Promotions & Sweepstakes
Any contest, sweepstake, or promotion is governed by its own rules, which take precedence over these Terms for that activity. We may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
12. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. We strive to keep stock accurate but cannot guarantee an item will be available when you order. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we'll notify you and issue a prompt refund.
13. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridiron Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Gridiron Kit harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, carrier disruptions, or government actions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gridiron Kit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
19. Feedback License
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.
20. Assignment
We may assign these Terms and our rights under them to a successor or affiliate. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
21. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy and Return policies, form the entire agreement between you and Gridiron Kit regarding the Site.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
